Our Mission
What begins as a minor foot wound can spiral into gangrene, then amputation, within weeks — especially for Pakistan's millions of diabetic patients who lack access to specialist care.
At Dowites 78, we intervene before it reaches that point. Using advanced diagnostics, modern debridement, antimicrobial therapies, and a multidisciplinary surgical team, we stop amputations — and restore the independence that comes with two working limbs.
Founded at Civil Hospital Karachi, our center was built on a single belief: that life-saving wound care should never be a privilege. Every patient we treat walks through our doors at no cost.
