Saving Limbs.
Restoring Lives.
Pakistan’s first free, specialized wound care centre
fighting one of the world’s highest rates of diabetic amputation, one patient at a time.
.
“A limb lost is not just a medical event — it is a livelihood taken,
a dignity stripped, a family changed forever.”
Our Mission
Turning Wounds In Recoveries
What begins as a minor foot wound can spiral into gangrene, then amputation, within weeks — especially for Pakistan’s millions of diabetic patients who lack access to specialist care.
At Dowites 78, we intervene before it reaches that point. Using advanced diagnostics, modern debridement, antimicrobial therapies, and a multidisciplinary surgical team, we stop amputations — and restore the independence that comes with two working limbs.
Our Vision
A Complete Limb Salvage Center
We are building toward a state-of-the-art facility where every patient receives the full spectrum of care — from diagnosis to rehabilitation — without ever leaving the building.
Established 2019
Founded at Civil Hospital Karachi, our center was built on a single belief: that life-saving wound care should never be a privilege. Every patient we treat walks through our doors at no cost.
