It gives me great pride to share the ongoing journey of Dowites78, an endeavour rooted in service, compassion, and a deep commitment to strengthening public healthcare in Pakistan. What began as a pledge of class of 1978 of Dow Medical College has grown into a remarkable model of public–private partnership; one that delivers dignity and hope to those who would otherwise remain unseen and untreated. At the Dowites78 Operation Theatre Complex, we have established state-of-the-art surgical facilities that provide thousands of free procedures each year across a wide range of specialties. Our mission is simple yet profound: to ensure that no individual is denied life-saving treatment because of financial constraints.

Recognizing the rapidly rising burden of diabetes in Pakistan, we extended our commitment with the establishment of the Dowites78 Foot & Wound Care Centre. This centre has become a lifeline for countless patients at risk of amputation, offering timely intervention, advanced wound care, and treatment that not only saves limbs, but protects families from the devastating social and economic consequences of disability.

As we move forward, our vision remains steadfast: to build a healthier, more equitable future where every patient receives the care they deserve for FREE, with no barriers, and delivered with dignity.I am grateful to all those who trust in our work and continue to support this noble cause.
